Terry Fletcher Consulting is a California firm specializing in the coding and reimbursement for medical billing. It is also a vehicle for selling her lectures and audio conferences on the subject.

The Challenge
This client came to me with a very specific design idea in mind, but needed someone with technical capacity and graphic acuity to bring it into being. Staying within her specifications, I was able to build a unique site that allowed for an open and friendly look which was easily expandable. The main aims of the site were to: a) create a space where clients could easily contact the consulting group with their questions; b) provide a section where different articles were available for client and colleague education; and c) provide a centralized space where many of the industry specialized links could be placed.
In March of 2008, this client approached me to add a registration and sales page (offering payments through Paypal) for her new product, Audio Conferences.
This project was a redesign of a previous website I had created for her in 2001. As with her identity design, her business had outgrown the look and feel of the previous design. One of the biggest challenges in redesigning a website is to not be influenced - either to the positive or to the negative - by the previous design.
The Solution
Working together, Ms. Fletcher and I developed a completely new look and feel that kept some of the strengths of the previous design, while updating the entire website to a more modern image.
Rather than focusing on the graphic design of the site, we decided on a more minimalistic impression. This makes the images that are used much stronger.
