What About Me?
Every human being is a process. It is this process that grows, that changes through each year, through each season. We are never the same year to year so why should our expression of ourselves or of our businesses be any different?
This is my process, my self. What work I do, what mind-scapes I create or experience, these are all part of the whole.
Inside my little corner of the web you will find examples of my work (both artistic work and graphic design work), as well as information, tutorials, and a few opinions. I will warn you, I am an assertive woman, with strong convictions — a plus when you work for yourself. Since I am fascinated by mythology, psychology and comparative religion, these themes can be found often in my artistic work. You will also tend to find a psychological theme running through my opinion pieces, as I tend to focus on the issues that interest me. While I would not consider myself self-help focused, I am interested in helping those around me reach their potential.
Graphic design is a passion for me — something that that has inspired me, enlivened me, and even occasionally frustrated me. The best goal any person can have is have work that they love, that makes work seem like play. In this small way, I want to also share my skills with others, so that they too can experience that passion for what they do. It's part of the reason I love working with small businesses — the passion and energy they bring to the table is fascinating! As small business is truly the life-blood of America, and indeed of the world, anything that encourages others to become entrepreneurs in their own right supports not only their local community, but the global community as well!
